Thanks for the info on the turbos. 450whp to 500 whp is doable with stock turbos. I would say a bolt on stock replacement solution with airflow capacity for 6-700 whp would be an exciting product. Maybe something with a BB chra?

This pricing is still absurd. You can get 2 varex xforce mufflers and app controller smart box for less than $1000. Any competant custom exhaust shop can fab turbo back for another $1k. Add Tips of your choosing and your less than $2500 all in. This sounds great, and looks like great quality but...

Thank you. This is what I've been saying repeated. If you cannot come to understand appropriately gapped plugs are a prerequisite for tuning, don't bother.

I've not seen that confirmed. Rod's look like the could be forged ( but could be powdered metal forged ), and haven't seen underside of piston. The other Hyundai turbo motors are not forged from factory, so this would be a surprise to me.

No Need to apologize. I might have been harsh. A 3076 is a massive turbo good for 600 HP a side. Might be a good end state goal for a big 1000+ HP build, but is about 200% physically bigger than what on the car

Are you crazy. That's a huge turbo. Stock turbo are more like gt1740-52s. Might be able to do a stock frame upgrade to a 54/76 compressor wheel

I've seen an 0.28 down to .024 make a difference on other motors. I would gap them down and try again. Also the 45il's are the equivalent of an NGK heat range 9. That's too cold in my opinion. I'd run the 40il's or stock gapped down to .022-24.

Varex has a really cool optional controller that connects to the obd2 port and can be tuned via a phone app. You can program it to open at certain rpm and TPS picked up via obd2 PID. You can geo fence it, ie starting in quite at home to not annoy the neighbors before certain times of day. Really...
