Too much psi. I took my tune off for warranty work. I'm just waiting for the coils to come in then I'm going to tighten the gap on spark plugs. They had cars that is doing thr same problem without the tune on it.

I was talking to kia a few days ago and they are investigating it they are thinking the coil is the main problem to the misfire issue when in high rpm.

Did not gap the plug yet. I have new plug and coil on order per kia. Then ill gap it.

Yes that was the first thing I did.

I'm not sure but it does not make a different on the stuttering.

It happen. Just order the part for it.

So I got to work early today. Remove spark plugs on the left bank on the driver side and found plug on cylinder 2 is crack. It look like we need to gap the plugs before we install the chip

I will. What octane gas you running or what is the highest octane level you have where you live. I have 91 where I live.

Just install my JB4 today it was running good. Did a few WOT pull and it started to stutter. Talked to Terry today he also said to tighten the gap on the spark plugs. He also mention to try out map 6 and then go to setting and change all the value to 1.5 under map 6 boost table. I will try that...

I will not install anything in my personal vehicle or a customer vehicle that will cause damage to the engine without any real test data.

No I believe he will leave the piggyback off until further testing.

I don't know if its cause my the piggyback tune or not. At this point its kinda hard to say.

Got the part in. Replace both the coil and spark plug. The vehicle drive perfect now.
