We did get confirmation on the turbos used form a garret employee here.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. It is a GT14 series turbo so it could be running out of steam.

You have more restrictive parts than the throttle body to worry about. I would say your bolt on list will get you a very fun and fast car. The chip is definitely worth it and possibly the mod that will get you the most power out of all the basic bolt ons.

Yes!!....Think of the weight savings!!!!....Lol But seriously, the Tial valves have been proven to hold upwards of 1000hp (using the appropriate spring) without issue. In the case of the Stinger application it will even simplify the setup too, less vacuum lines to worry about.
