Are you running the HKS spark plugs? WHat mode where in when the CEL turned on?

No real way of telling so far. I guess if you receive it you are in the group. I purchased mine first week of February and received the headphones two weeks ago.

Yeah its up there in price. The bigger rotor idea is not a bad one however, keep in mind that by increasing rotor size you are also changing pad contact area. I would be more interested on an actual BBK upgrade. Like a 6pot front and a 4pot rear conversion.

That is correct, they will not void the warranty for that. They will however not be held responsible for any issues related with ignition or caused by the replacement of spark plugs.

usually its the spark plugs that will fail first. If the owners keep running the car in the manner (thinking it might go away, or its due to bad gas) with the plugs failing and the car sputtering then the coil will fail.

Wow...definitely too much boost being ran for those plugs at that gap to handle. Let us know how the 45's behave.
