Vredestein Wintrac Pro Tires for G90?

I have a 2019 G90 w/Continental tires (P245/45 front and P275/40 rear). I've been following the Continental tire discussion (elsewhere on this Forum) and am concerned. I only have ~5K miles on the tires but have already experienced one blow out (front passenger). Consumers Reports has published recent tire test results and Vredestein Wintrac Pro tires have the best score. Does anyone have ANY experience with this brand or suggestions about switching out the Contis for some other brand? Thanks.
