    RaceChip Chip Tuning introduction

There is quite the discussion here about the apparent fact that the speed IS limited to 140 (or so?) for those cars that came from the factory with 18" all-season tires. So, the question remains. Will you be able to modify the (known-to-be-governed-even-at-167MPH) top speed?

Primary Cat deletes and downpipes are now on the shop car!

Now, a muffler with a cutout... Just sayin'! Great work!

    3.3 Stinger power development

The Ford Fiesta ST's performance is best on E20, interestingly. That's kind of where I'm going here. The car perks up when using 93 MON over the 89. I'm wondering if the ECU is able to increase performance to higher octane levels, above 93 MON.

    Excellent! Thanks!

    3.3 Stinger power development

I have a sort of request. If you have ready access to a dyno, it would be interesting to see power figures with 89 octane, 92/92 octane, and whatever higher octane you have access to. Thanks!

    LAP3 Uncle Chip review

I'm curious about your Comfort mode observations as I drive in that or Eco mode a lot when stuck in town or driving others around. Are you saying that things don't seem to be perked up as much or has it created a change that makes using those modes uncomfortable, whether it's the feel or how it...

    Intake Thread

K&N's have always come pre-oiled in my experience. I believe the "dusting" means atomized oil particles making their way through the intake piping and landing on the blades inside the turbo, creating issues.

Welcome! Do you have any experience yet with the Hyundai/Kia 3.3 Twin Turbo engine? Thanks!

How much horsepower will make you happy with the Kia Stinger?

400 to the wheels would make me smile. But it's more about the delivery and how it's tuned to throttle input to me. The difference taking off from a stop with this car when it's in Eco or Comfort vs. Sport is rather jarring. And some of us have to lug family around from time to time besides...

    Enkei rims

I'm very interested in what you find out fitment-wise and Enkei-produced comatibility! Thanks!

    Kia Stinger Eibach Lowering Springs

This is disconcerting as I usually run a lot of negative camber even for street use. I'll have to make some time and get some homework done.

OEM Kia Stinger Alloy wheels are expensive

OEM wheels are always expensive. Aftermarket is the answer.

    3.3 Stinger power development

Wow, that OEM pipe is quite restrictive.

    Kia Stinger Eibach Lowering Springs

No camber adjustment? I find that hard to believe. One should be able to at least get what's termed "crash bolts" (camber bolts that have more range). It may be a while before they're available, but they should come along soon enough.

Factory Alignment Specs for GT and 2.0T (both RWD and AWD)?

Interested in this topic because I always run my cars at a lot of negative camber. The symptoms from having done so - darting, pulling the steering wheel to follow cracks/humps in the pavement - are not present at all. That makes me believe that the car can easily handle more negative camber...

Warning - Warpage when Ceramic Coating

I thought of this post yesterday when I filled the car (again). The fuel filler cap cover has to be plastic based on how it feels. I would take a closer look at it. If it's not warped, it lends credence to the idea that someone just had the lamps turned up way too high for the rear of the car...

Looks great - are those the 19" wheels?

    Shifting into Manual Mode

I share your pain on gear change when hitting the paddles. However, I can't think of a situation when I want to shift up a gear. And I feel that, if I want to go manual, the first thing I want to do is downshift. That being said, I understand where you're coming from. I think K8 Stinger Store...
