Yes, lots of members have installed catch cans on their cars. Do a search for catch cans on this site and will find the info you need. It will be beneficial regardless if the car is tuned/chipped or not.

the main concern there would be capacity. Looks like its a small tube, compared to an actual catch can, you will be probably by emptying that before your oil change (on the PCV side).
